At Taku Pukapuka, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our pukapuka are created with aroha to inspire tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

2. Returns & Refunds

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

• We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

3. Change of Mind

• We do not generally accept returns for change of mind.

• However, please get in touch if you have concerns, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

4. Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unless damaged during delivery).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
